PH factor: 9.0
Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Mount Gay
XO rum
o ½ ounce Crème de Cacao
(dark)
o ½ ounce fresh lime juice
o 3 dashes Hella Ginger
bitters or to taste
o 1 bar spoon agave syrup
Method:
1. Shake cocktail
ingredients over ice.
2. Serve up in a cocktail
glass.
Comments:
Maybe we’re spoiled by all
the well-balanced cocktails
we have tested but we felt the
original recipe lacked
subtlety. We added the bitters
and syrup and increased the
Cacao and decreased the rum
and discovered a much better
cocktail. Enjoy.
