Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Amaretto
Lazzaroni
o 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
o 1 egg white
Garnish
o 2 Tillen Farms Bada Bing
cherries
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
without ice.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Fine strain into a cocktail
glass.
4. Garnish with cherries
Comments:
One of the several Amaretto
Sours we feature. This one is
close to the original 1970s
recipe. It can also be topped
with a dash or two of
Angostura bitters. As above
it's a tasty but sweet cocktail.
