Cocktail
o 3 ounces J. Wray White
Jamaican rum
o ½ ounce Calvados
o ½ ounce agave syrup
o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
Garnish
o apple peel
o ground cinnamon
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in a chilled
martini glass.
3. Garnish with apple peel
and a touch of cinnamon.
