Armenian Arak Coffee

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Armenian Arak or

other anise flavored liqueur

o 4 ounces cold espresso

Garnish

o Halvah Whipped Cream

(see: Syrups etc.)

o mint sprig


Method:

1. Combine cocktail

ingredients in a warmed cup.

2. Top with whipped cream.

3. Garnish with mint sprig.


Comments:

We used Sambuca as our

anise flavored liqueur when

first we tested this recipe.

We’ll test it again with Arak.
