Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Bombay Gin

o 1 ½ ounces strong Earl Grey

tea chilled

o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

o ½ ounce Lavender Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

Garnish

o lemon peel and/or lavender

sprig


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

3. Serve over ice in an

Old-Fashioned glass.

4. Garnish with lavender

and/or lemon peel.


Comments:

This a different spin on the

traditional “cuppa” Earl Grey.
