Bernstein Martini

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Chivas Regal

scotch

o 1 ounce Lillet Rouge

o ½ ounce Chambord

o ½ ounce fresh orange juice

Garnish

o lemon peel


Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a martini glass.

3. Garnish with lemon peel.


Comments:

A most un-martini martini.

Fruity and pleasantly sweet in

a way that belies the fact that

4.5 of its 5 ounces are alcohol.

This may not have been your

grandmother’s martini. Sorry,
