Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Chivas Regal
scotch
o 1 ounce Campari
o 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
o 1 ounce orgeat syrup
Garnish
o lemon peel
o ground cinnamon
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve over ice in an
Old-Fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with lemon peel
and a pinch of ground
cinnamon.
Comments:
Not everyone will be happy
with a 2 to 1 scotch to Campari
ratio but don’t get bitter about
it. You can change the ratio to
suit your preference.
