Black Bison Martini

PH factor: 9.0












Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Finlandia vodka

o ½ ounce Crème de Mûre

o ½ ounce Crème de Cassis

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

o ½ ounce Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

Garnish

o blackberry


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a chilled

martini glass.

3. Garnish with blackberry.


Comments:

Some would say this isn’t a

martini at all as it has no

vermouth. Some would say it

is because it’s in a martini

glass. We say it’s a slightly

sweet, slightly fruity, delicious

cocktail. 'Nuff said.
