Blackberry and Chocolate Coffee Shake

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Crème de Mûre

o 6 ounces cold strong coffee

or espresso

o 3 scoops chocolate ice cream

Garnish

o vanilla flavored whipped

cream

o blackberries

o shaved chocolate

Method:

1. Blend cocktail ingredients

until smooth.

2. Serve in a hurricane glass.

3. Top with whipped cream

and garnish with shaved

chocolate and fresh black-

berries.

Comments:

We like it with espresso to

balance the sweetness of the

chocolate ice cream. A fun and

delicious way to stay up all

night.
