Blackberry-Lavender Fizz

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 3 blackberries

o 1 ounce Crème de Mûre

o 1 ounce Lavender Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o ½ ounce cream or

Half-and-Half

o Fever-Tree Premium Club

soda

Garnish

o blackberries

o lavender sprig


Method:

1. Muddle berries in a

cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and remaining

cocktail ingredients except

soda and shake to chill.

3. Double strain into an

ice-filled Collins glass.

4. Top with soda.

5. Garnish with blackberries

and lavender sprig.


Comments:

A take on Don Sabo’s

alcohol-free Blackberry

Lavender French Soda. This

turns it into a delicious

low-ABV cocktail.
