Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Mount Gay Silver
rum
o 3 ounces pineapple juice
o 2 ounces fresh blood
orange juice
o ½ ounce fresh lime juice
Garnish
o blood orange wheel
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in a mixing glass.
2. Serve over ice in a Collins
or Hurricane glass.
3. Garnish with blood
orange wheel.
Comments:
There are other rum,
pineapple, and citrus
cocktails. Some are more
appealing visually than this.
But looks aren’t everything.
