Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Chivas Regal
scotch
o ½ ounce Curaçao (blue)
o pinch of cinnamon sugar
Method:
This is a shooter.
1. Combine spirits in a wine
glass and ignite.
2. Pour into another glass
from a height.
3. Toss in cinnamon sugar.
4. Extinguish and pour into
a shot glass.
Comments:
If you choose to flame this, we
suggest you warm the spirits
first. Flamed or not the drink
is surprisingly tasty due in
part to the cinnamon. Give this
