Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces J. Wray White
Jamaican rum
o 1 ½ ounces Curaçao (blue)
o 2 ounces cream of coconut
o 2 ounces pineapple juice
Garnish
o pineapple wedge
Method:
1. Blend cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in a chilled
hurricane glass.
3. Garnish with pineapple
wedge.
