Ingredients:
o 1 cup blueberries
o 1 cup sugar
o 1 cup apple cider vinegar
(unfiltered)
o 2 teaspoons grated ginger
Method:
1. Muddle berries and sugar
in a Mason jar.
2. Add vinegar and ginger.
3. Stir to combine.
4. Seal well and refrigerate.
5. Steep for several days
shaking it at least once daily.
6. Fine strain into an airtight
container.
