Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Mount Gay Eclipse

rum

o 1 ounce Calvados

o 1 splash of Lillet Rouge

Garnish

o Tillen Farms Merry

Maraschino cherry


Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with a cherry.


Comments:

An easy, pleasant, cocktail. If

you want to accentuate the

sweet nature of the Bolero,

try a Jamaican rum.
