Boston Cream Pie Martini

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o chocolate syrup

o cocoa powder

o 1 ½ ounces Finlandia

vodka

o 1 ½ ounces Godiva

Chocolate liqueur

o ½ ounce Licor 43

(Cuarenta Y Tres)

o ½ ounce Gosling’s Black

Seal rum (151 Proof)

o 1 ounce cream

Garnish

o whipped cream

o cocoa powder


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a

martini glass with chocolate

syrup and invert it into a

shallow dish of cocoa powder

to coat the rim.

2. Shake remaining cocktail

ingredients over ice.

3. Serve up in prepared

glass.

4. Garnish with whipped

cream and a sprinkle of

cocoa powder.
