Bourbon Pecan Pie Martini #2

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o whole pecans finely ground

o salted caramel topping

o 2 ½ ounces Finlandia vodka

o ½ ounce Jim Beam Bonded

bourbon

o ½ ounce Licor 43

(Cuarenta Y Tres)

o 2 scoops Häagen-Dazs

Bourbon Praline Pecan ice

cream

o 1 ounce cream

Garnish

o whole pecan (optional)


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a

martini glass with salted

caramel topping and invert it

into a shallow plate of finely

ground pecans to coat the rim.

2. Blend remaining cocktail

ingredients until smooth.

3. Serve up in the prepared

glass.

4. Garnish with pecan if

using.


Comments:

This is a dessert-like cocktail.

But one that could be fun any

time.
