Bourbon Pecan Pie Martini

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o turbinado sugar

o 1 ounce Jim Beam Bonded

bourbon

o 1 ½ ounces Pecan Praline

Liqueur (see: Syrups etc.)

o ½ ounce Finlandia vodka

Garnish

o pecan (optional)


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a

martini glass and invert it into

a shallow dish of turbinado

sugar to coat the rim.

2. Stir remaining cocktail

ingredients over ice in a mixing

glass.

3. Serve up in the prepared

glass.

4. Garnish with pecan if

using.


Comments:

This cocktail is “reminiscent”

of the dessert. It is, however,

an excellent standalone drink.

No need to wait for dessert

time.
