Bourbon Street

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Woodford

Reserve bourbon

o ½ ounce Amaretto Lazzaroni

o 1 cup vanilla ice cream

o 4 ounces cold strong coffee


Method:

1. Blend cocktail ingredients

with ice.

2. When mixture reaches a

milkshake like consistency,

pour it into a Highball glass.


Comments:

We added a little more

bourbon than the original

recipe and found it gives it a

nice bite. You won’t hear this

too often but putting whipped

cream on a bourbon cocktail

isn't a bad idea.
