Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 3 ounces Hennessey VS
cognac
o ½ ounce agave nectar
o 1 ounce Fever-Tree
Premium Club Soda
Garnish
o 3 Tillen Farms Merry
Maraschino cherries
o ½ orange wheel
Method:
1. Combine and stir all except
soda in an Old-Fashioned
glass over cracked ice.
2. Top with soda.
3. Garnish with ½ orange
wheel and cherries.
Comments:
Cobbler: A spirit, a sweetener,
and copious amounts of fruit
served over cracked ice and
drunk through a straw. It’s the
cracked ice that makes it a
cobbler. It’s everything else
that makes it so good.
