Brown Butter Bourbon and Pear Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Brown Butter

Bourbon (see: Syrups etc.)

o 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters or

to taste

o 1 dash Hella Orange bitters

or to taste

o 1 ½ ounces Pear Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

Garnish

o lemon peel


Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve over ice in an

Old-Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with a lemon peel.


Comments:

This gets extra points for

originality. It tastes like liquid

butterscotch but the bitters

keep it from being cloying.
