Bubbly Prince Charlie

PH factor: 8.5

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ¾ ounce Drambuie

o ½ ounce St. Germain

liqueur

o 1 dash Hella Orange bitters

or to taste

o champagne

Garnish

o lemon twist

Method:

1. Combine first three

ingredients in a champagne

flute.

2. Top with champagne.

3. Garnish with lemon twist.

Comments:

There are a lot of cocktails

with this or similar names. We

have three of them. So, if it

has cognac or scotch and

Drambuie, we think that Prince

is “Bonnie”. If it has St.

Germain and Drambuie with

champagne, we think that

Prince is “Bubbly”. If it only

has Drambuie and

champagne we call that a

Culloden.
