Ingredients:
o ¾ cup cabernet sauvignon
o 1 ½ cup sugar
Method:
1. Combine sugar and wine
in a saucepan and bring to a
boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer
uncovered stirring occasionally
until mixture begins to thicken.
3. Remove from heat and let
cool.
4. Strain into an airtight
container
5. Seal well and refrigerate.
