Café Monte Carlo

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Heaven’s Door

Straight Rye whiskey

o ½ ounce Crème de Mûre

liqueur

o ½ ounce Pimm’s No.1 Cup

o 4 ounces strong hot coffee

o 1 dash Angostura bitters or

to taste

Garnish

o sweetened whipped cream


Method:

1. Combine cocktail

ingredients in a heated cup or

mug and stir briefly.

2. Top with whipped cream.


Comments:

We originally designed this

drink without whipped cream.

We felt it came on a little

strong. The whipped cream

makes it more enjoyable, in

our humble opinion.
