Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Woodford Reserve
bourbon
o ¾ ounce St. Germain
o ¼ ounce Simple Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
o 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
o 2 ounces strawberry Lambic
Garnish
o 1 strawberry halved
Method:
1. Shake cocktail
ingredients except Lambic over
ice.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Top with Lambic
4. Garnish with ½ strawberry.
Comments:
Another tasty example of a
Lambic cocktail. We suggest a
little less lemon to accentuate
