Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Mount Gay XO
rum
o ½ ounce Kahlúa or Tia
Maria
o 1 ½ ounces coconut cream
o 4 ounces cold brew coffee
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in a mug or glass.
Comments:
This definitely tasted like a
cocktail with coffee. If you
prefer a milder drink, try a
white rum, and use Tia
Maria as your coffee liqueur.
