Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Mount Gay XO
rum
o 1 ounce Kahlúa or Patrón
XO Cafe
o 1 ounce cream
o 4 ounces chilled coffee
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve over ice in a highball
glass.
Comments:
We liked this as it is. But if you
feel it has a bite, and you find
this distracting, try a milder
rum like Mount Gay Eclipse or
perhaps try Tia Maria as the
liqueur.
