Chambord Café Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Finlandia vodka

o 1 ounce Chambord

o ¾ ounce Tia Maria

o 2 ounces cold espresso

o 1 ounce skimmed milk

Garnish

o whipped cream (optional)

o chocolate shavings

(optional)


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a glass mug.

3. Top with whipped cream

and chocolate if using.


Comments:

This tastes like raspberry from

the first sip to the last. That

being said, the bitterness of the

espresso balances the sweet-

ness of the Chambord nicely.

The Tia Maria rounds out the

experience without being

overt and the vodka makes it

a serious cup of coffee even

with the whipped cream.
