Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Chambord
o 5 ounces strong hot coffee
Garnish
o whipped cream tinted with
grenadine
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients in
warmed mug.
2. Top with whipped cream.
Comments:
A pleasant, if somewhat sweet,
cup of coffee. We used a fairly
bitter Peruvian coffee, Green
Mountain’s Cajamarca, and
still thought it was sweet.
