(Serves Two)
Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 4 ounces Hennessey VS
cognac
o 8 ounces cold strong coffee
o 1 tablespoon sugar
o 6 ounces champagne
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
except champagne in a pitcher.
2. Refrigerate until ready to
serve.
3. Divide into champagne
flutes.
4. Add champagne and stir
gently.
Comments:
It’s not easy to find coffee and
champagne cocktails. This one
tastes like iced coffee with a
little sparkle.
