Coffee Infused Red Wine

Ingredients:

o 5 tablespoons dark roast

coffee beans

o 750 ml. red wine


Method:

1. Combine ingredients in an

appropriately sized container

and let steep for 24 hours.

2. Fine strain into an airtight

container discarding the coffee

beans.

3. Seal well and refrigerate.
