Cognac and Coffee Italian Style

PH factor: 9.0












Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Hennessy VS

Cognac

o ¾ ounce Demerara Simple

Syrup (see: Syrups etc.)

o 3 ounces hot Italian roast

coffee (we use Illy Classico)

Garnish

o whipped cream

o grated nutmeg


Method:

1. Combine and stir Cognac

and syrup in a mug.

2. Add coffee and stir again.

3. Top with whipped cream

and dust with freshly grated

nutmeg.


Comments:

A pleasant cup of coffee that

is strong and a little sweet. Do

your best to keep it warm as

you will be sipping this one.
