Cold Brew Gin & Tonic Coffee Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Bombay Sapphire gin

o 2 ounces cold brew coffee

o 4 ounces tonic water


Method:

1. Stir gin and coffee in an

ice-filled Collins glass.

2. Add tonic.


Comments:

Prejudice almost invariably

means missing an opportunity.

I was convinced that I would

not like this recipe. We tried

it anyway. I was wrong.
