Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Bombay gin
o 1 ounce Campari
o 1 ounce Lillet Rouge
o 2 ounces cold brew coffee
Garnish
o orange peel
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in a mixing glass.
2. Serve in an ice-filled
Old-Fashioned glass.
3. Garnish orange peel.
Comments:
We used Starbuck’s Cold Brew
coffee. After a day of testing
Campari recipes, we weren’t
expecting much from this
caffeinated cocktail. We were
pleasantly surprised.
