Coo Coo Colada

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Johnnie Walker

Red Label scotch

o 2 ounces Coco Lopez

Coconut Cream

o 3 ounces pineapple juice

o ¾ ounce fresh lime juice

o 1 splash of water

o 1 pinch of sea salt

o 1 dash Angostura bitters

or to taste

Garnish

o pineapple slice

o pineapple leaves


Method:

1. Blend all cocktail

ingredients with ice until

smooth.

2. Serve over ice in a

Hurricane glass.

3. Garnish with pineapple

leaves and sliced pineapple.


Comments:

Though this looks like any

number of Tropical cocktails

you may have had, we think

it will surprise you.
