Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Crown Royal
o ½ ounce St. Germain
o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
o 1 dash Simple Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
o 1 dash Hella Citrus bitters
or to taste
Garnish
o lemon wedge
Method:
1. Fill an Old-Fashioned
glass with crushed ice.
2. Add cocktail ingredients
in order.
3. Add more ice as
necessary.
4. Garnish with lemon wedge.
Comments:
If you don’t think about rye
cocktails when you’re under a
hot summer sun, think again.
This is as refreshing a
summertime drink as any of
those pineapple garnished
cocktails you might normally
reach for.
