Curaçao Smash Cocktail

PH factor: 8.5

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 quarter of an orange

o 1 ounce Woodford Reserve

bourbon

o 1 ounce Dry Curaçao

Method:

1. Muddle orange quarter in

a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake over ice with the

remaining cocktail ingredients.

3. Pour entire contents of

shaker into a double

Old-Fashioned glass.

Comments:

The Curaçao Smash is a bit

more in your face when

compared to the other smashes

we feature. It is also very

refreshing and a bit messy. If

oranges are your thing, this

smash is the one for you.
