Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces J. Wray White

Jamaican rum

o ¼ ounce Chartreuse

(yellow)

o 1 ounce fresh lime juice

o ½ ounce Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

Garnish

o mint leaves


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with mint leaves.


Comments:

A somewhat sweet cocktail

experience. A drier rum such

as Mount Gay Silver would

reduce the sweetness. One

thing that is essential is the

fresh mint. The scent of mint

each sip really compliments

the Chartreuse.
