Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Tullamore DEW
Irish whiskey
o ¾ ounce Demerara Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
o 4 ounces strong hot coffee
Garnish
o Cream lightly whipped with
honey for topping
o grated nutmeg
Method:
1. Combine cocktail
ingredients in a glass mug.
2. Top with lightly whipped
cream.
3. Garnish with ground
nutmeg.
Comments:
This is sweet and creamy and
delicious. Well worth the extra
effort. It may have been after
drinking one of these that
Elmer Fudd famously said,
“We’re off to kill the Wabbit.”
