Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Finlandia vodka
o ¾ ounce Lillet Blanc
o 1 splash olive brine
Garnish
o olives
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in a mixing glass.
2. Strain into a martini glass.
3. Garnish with an odd
number of olives greater than
one.
Comments:
Dirty because of the olive brine.
Blonde because of the Lillet
Blanc. Martini because, well,
it's a martini.
We also tried it with Bombay
Sapphire gin which seemed
to accentuate the saltiness
of the brine. The vodka seems
to bring out the fruitiness of
the olives.
