liqueur

o 2 ounces espresso

o 1 dash orange bitters or

to taste


Method:

1. Lightly stir cocktail

ingredients in a heated cup.

When we started, all we had

was a name and a list of

ingredients that we hoped to

turn into a recipe. We brewed

it, tasted it, and said, “Our

work here is done.”
