Ingredients:
o 2 tablespoons loose tea
or 2 teabags of Earl Grey tea
o 1 cup demerara sugar
o 1 cup water
Method:
1. Combine sugar and water
in a saucepan and bring to a
boil stirring to dissolve sugar.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Add tea and steep per
package instructions.
4. Let cool and fine strain
the syrup into an airtight
container.
5. Seal well and refrigerate.
