Ingredients:
Cocktail
o sugar
o 3 raspberries
o 1 ½ ounces Remy Martin
RSVP cognac
o 1 ounce sake
o ½ ounce Cointreau
o ½ ounce fresh lemon
juice
o ½ ounce agave syrup
Garnish
o raspberries or lemon peel
Method:
1. Moisten rim of a cocktail
glass and invert it into a
shallow dish of sugar to coat
the rim.
2. Muddle raspberries in a
cocktail shaker.
3. Add ice and remaining
cocktail ingredients and shake.
4. Double strain into the
prepared glass.
5. Garnish with raspberries
or lemon peel.
Comments:
This is a little more complex
than its classic cousin. But we
think it’s more interesting and
perhaps better tasting as well.
