Easy Rum Eggnog

PH factor: 9.0












Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Mount Gay XO

rum

o 1 ounce Sandeman Tawny

Porto (20-Years-Old)

o ½ ounce agave nectar

o 1 whole egg

Garnish

o grated nutmeg


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

without ice.

2. Add ice and shake again to

chill.

3. Double strain into a

cocktail glass.

4. Garnish with freshly

grated nutmeg.


Comments:

Finally, a delicious eggnog you

can easily make in small

batches so, it’s not necessary to

wait for a Merry Christmas to

toast someone by the fire.
