o 1 ounce Heaven’s Door
Straight Rye whiskey
o ½ ounce Bénédictine D.O.M.
o 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters or
to taste
Garnish
o orange peel
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in a mixing glass.
2. Serve in a double
Old-Fashioned glass with one
large ice cube.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
