Five-Watt Coffee Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 4 juniper berries

o 1 ounce Bombay Sapphire

gin

o 4 ounces cold strong coffee

o 1 dash orange bitters or to

taste

o 1 ounce cream

o 1 teaspoon agave syrup

Garnish

o orange peel


Method:

1. Muddle juniper in a

cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and remaining

cocktail ingredients and shake

to chill.

3. Fine strain and serve up in

glass mug.

4. Garnish with orange peel.


Comments:

This is a light and lively

caffeinated cocktail that can be

enjoyed anytime. We used El

Merendon coffee from

Honduras, brewed a little

stronger than you might

normally for your first cup of

the day. Feel free to brew your

favorite coffee, your favorite

way.
