o 1 ounce Pernod Absinthe
Supérieure
o 1 ounce Kahlúa
o 2 ounces espresso
Garnish
o 1 star anise
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in a Martini glass.
3. Garnish with star anise.
Comments:
This was not at all what we
expected. Truth be told, we
didn’t know what to expect
from putting a whole ounce of
absinthe in a cup with only two
ounces of espresso, other than
we’d probably find out why
they named this the "Flying"
