Ingredients:
Cocktail
o ¾ ounce Cointreau
o ¾ ounce Kahlúa
o 8 ounces strong hot coffee
or double espresso
o 1 teaspoon sugar
Garnish
o sweetened orange flavored
whipped cream*
o chocolate shavings
Method:
1. Combine cocktail ingredi-
ents in a warmed mug.
2. Stir to dissolve sugar.
3. Top with whipped cream.
4. Garnish with chocolate
shavings.
Comments:
A very good cup of coffee.
Tastes a little of orange from
the Cointreau and lot like
coffee from the Kahlúa and
espresso. The result is a
well-balanced and delicious
brew.
