Ginger Honey Syrup

Ingredients:

o 1 cup water

o 1 cup honey

o 2 tablespoons crushed fresh

ginger or 4 large pieces of

crystalized ginger


Method:

1. Combine water, honey, and

ginger in a small saucepan and

simmer stirring until mixture

reaches a syrup-like

consistency.

2. Remove from heat and

steep for 30 minutes.

3. Fine strain into an airtight

container discarding the

solids.

4. Seal well and refrigerate.
