Ginger, Pear, and Bourbon Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 teaspoon fresh ginger to

muddle

o 2 ounces Woodford Reserve

bourbon

o 1 ounce Pear Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o ½ ounce Honey Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

o Fever-Tree Premium Ginger

Beer

Garnish

o pear

o lemon wheel or crystalized

ginger


Method:

1. Muddle ginger in a

cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and remaining

cocktail ingredients except the

ginger beer and shake to chill.

3. Serve over ice in a double

Old-Fashioned glass.

4. Top with ginger beer and

stir to combine.

5. Garnish with a thin slice

of pear and lemon wheel or

crystalized ginger.


Comments:

Ginger and pear play well

together and with others,

notably bourbon.
